Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application published by Milad Apps (the "Apps"), including Squeeze, ClearCut, and any future apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Apps. These Terms apply to all users of the Apps and the Milad Apps website at miladapps.pro.

2. Description of Services

Milad Apps publishes a suite of utility applications for iOS and macOS, including video compression, media editing, PDF processing, and other file utility tools. All processing is performed locally on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. License and Usage

Milad Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps subject to these Terms:

• Free Tier: Free versions provide access to core features with certain limitations (e.g., daily export limits, basic formats). You may use the free version for personal and commercial purposes.
• Pro License: Pro subscriptions unlock all features and remove limitations. Pro licenses are managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the Apps in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Apps to process or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Apps beyond what is permitted by law
• Not use the Apps in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Apps
• Ensure you have the right to process any content you use with the Apps

5. In-App Purchases and Refunds

Pro subscriptions are available as In-App Purchases through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple directly through their standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Intellectual Property

The Apps, including their design, code, branding, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Milad Apps. You retain full ownership of any content you create or process using the Apps. We do not claim any rights over your content.

7. Third-Party Dependencies

Some Apps bundle open-source tools including FFmpeg within the application. These tools are governed by their own licenses (e.g., FFmpeg under LGPL/GPL). Milad Apps is not responsible for their operation or any issues arising from their use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILAD APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Apps at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them from your device.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
