Solid Ground: Quit Gambling
Developer: iPro
Last updated: July 16, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Solid Ground: Quit Gambling (the "App"), published on Google Play by iPro ("we", "our", or "us"). It explains what data the App collects, how it is collected and used, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and how you can have it deleted.
2. App and Developer Details
- App name: Solid Ground: Quit Gambling
- Google Play package name: pro.miladapps.solidground
- Developer: iPro
- Contact: hello@miladapps.pro
3. Information We Collect
The App has no user accounts and no sign-in. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or any advertising identifier. The App contains no ads and does not track you across apps or websites. The only data involved is:
- Data you create in the App: Your counters, dates, streaks, check-ins, notes, and settings. This is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to us.
- AI Coach content (optional): If you choose to use the AI Coach and agree to its in-app disclosure, the messages you type and a short, non-identifying summary of your tracked progress are sent to Google Gemini to generate a reply. See section 7.
- Anonymous identifier: An anonymous Firebase identifier used only to verify that requests come from a genuine copy of the App. It contains no personal information and is not linked to you.
- Crash and performance data: Anonymous diagnostics collected by Google Firebase Crashlytics so we can find and fix crashes. Not linked to your identity.
- Purchase status: If you subscribe, the store processes the payment and RevenueCat records anonymous purchase status so the App knows your subscription is active. We never receive your payment details.
- Support email: If you email us, we receive your address and message so we can reply.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the App's features on your device
- To generate an AI Coach reply when you choose to use that feature
- To verify and restore your subscription
- To diagnose crashes and improve stability
- To respond to your support requests
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data, share it with data brokers, or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
5. Data Storage
Everything you record in the App is stored locally on your device, on both Android and iOS. We do not run servers that store your tracked data, and there is no account or cloud profile associated with you. AI Coach requests pass through our Google Firebase Cloud Function purely to reach the AI provider securely; they are not stored there.
6. Third-Party Services
The App interacts with the following third-party services:
- Google Play and Apple App Store: Distribution and in-app purchase processing. Their privacy policies apply to transactions made through them.
- Google Gemini: Generates AI Coach replies from the messages you send and a short progress summary. See section 7 for full details. Google's privacy policy applies to that processing.
- Google Firebase: Cloud Functions and App Check verify that requests come from a genuine copy of the App, and Crashlytics provides anonymous crash reporting.
- RevenueCat: Manages subscription status from anonymous store purchase data. It never receives your payment details.
7. AI-Powered Features
The App includes an optional AI Coach. This section explains exactly what happens when you choose to use it.
- Your consent comes first: The AI Coach is off until you open it and agree to an in-app disclosure. Nothing is sent to any AI service before you agree.
- What is sent: Only the messages you type and a short, non-identifying summary of your tracked progress (for example, the label you gave your counter, your current streak length, and how many times you have started over). We do not send your name, email, contacts, location, or device identifiers.
- Who receives it: Google Gemini, operated by Google, which generates the reply and returns it to your device. The request passes through our own Firebase Cloud Function so that no AI credentials ship inside the App.
- How it is used: Solely to generate your reply. Google does not use data sent through this paid API to train its models. We do not store your chat on our servers; your conversation stays on your device and you can clear it at any time in the App.
- Reporting: You can flag any AI reply by long-pressing it and choosing Report response, which lets you send us the flagged text by email.
- Equivalent protection: Google provides data protection for its Gemini API comparable to the standards described in this policy. Your use of the AI Coach is also subject to Google's privacy policy.
8. Data Retention
We do not operate user accounts and we do not keep a copy of your app data on our servers. Retention works as follows:
- Data you create in the App: Retained on your device for as long as the App stays installed, and removed when you delete it in the App or uninstall. We never receive a copy.
- AI Coach messages: Sent to Google Gemini only to generate your reply. We do not store or retain them on our servers, and they are not used to train AI models. Your conversation is kept on your device until you clear it.
- Crash and performance data: Retained by Google Firebase Crashlytics under its standard retention period (up to 90 days) and then deleted automatically.
- Purchase status: Anonymous purchase records are retained by RevenueCat for as long as needed to keep your subscription working and to meet store and legal obligations.
- Support emails: Kept only as long as needed to answer you, then deleted on request.
9. Data Deletion
Because the App has no accounts and stores your data on your device, you are always in control of deleting it:
- Delete data inside the App: You can delete individual entries or counters at any time, and clear your AI Coach conversation from the App.
- Delete everything: Uninstalling the App permanently removes all data it stored on your device. There is no account or server-side profile left behind.
- Request a deletion: To ask us to delete anything we hold (for example, support correspondence), email hello@miladapps.pro from the address you contacted us with. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
11. Your Rights
Because the App stores your data on your device and collects no personal identifiers, most data protection rights are satisfied directly: you can view, edit, and delete your data in the App at any time, and uninstalling removes it entirely. If you have emailed us, you may request access to or deletion of that correspondence at any time.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
